As a senior technical lead for a Fortune 500 company and the mother of four daughters, I get what it means to strive for life balance. My desire is to help, guide, teach, and come alongside fellow life travelers.

My mission is to encourage, equip, and empower women who get after it, whose motivation lies somewhere mysteriously inside, who have full plates and full hearts, and simply desire to do the best they can with what's in front of them.

UberFemme (Uber meaning outstanding example and Femme being French for woman) is the perfect expression of the beauty and strength that I hope to help foster in each of us.

I'm known as wifie, mom, engineer, teammate, sister, daughter, granddaughter, friend, confidant.

Like so many of you, I wear many hats and sometimes several at once. The load can be heavy, but the path is fulfilling and life-giving.

The Courage to be Disliked
